I am a qualified BACP-registered Person-Centred counsellor who also specialises in cult survivors, expressive therapies and couples. I am here to listen to you, in a safe environment where you feel free to express and explore your own self.
For those visiting this website because they are or think they are/were in a cult or in a coercive relationship; I am one of the few psychotherapists specialising in this area. I will be able to educate you about cults or controlling influences and provide cult exit therapies.

About me
Coming from Italy, I moved to the UK 10 years ago and became a counsellor. I offer therapy sessions in Manchester, United Kingdom or internationally via Skype. My approach is empathetic, genuine and creative, focusing on your needs and evolution. My love for others made me fall in love with languages; I will be able to offer sessions in either English or Italian. In addition, I speak excellent French and would help you cross the barrier of language if needed.
Besides using Person-Centred therapy, I pair our sessions with expressive therapies tailored to your needs. It can be, for instance, doing psychodrama exercises to create stronger bonds within your couple or using poetry to express your feelings when it is difficult to say it out loud.
Being a poet myself, I am here to help you grow self-reliant and take control of your emotions. With the heart of an artist and the brain of a scientist, I am here to accompany you on your journey.
